By purchasing from N' Sweet Delights is assumed that you have read and accept my terms and condition in full.

•All prices are non-negotiable according at your design and size.
•To book the order we require a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the total order.

•Any non collected orders due to any circumstances are non refundable, no exceptions.
•We reserved the right to refuse a refund of any order.
•Due to perishable nature of these products I do not recommend keeping longer than two days.  
•Refrigeration can alter the flavor and texture of the product. Store in a cool and dry place.
•Any allergies must be declared at the time of placing your order. N' Sweet Delights hold no responsibility for any food allergy or reactions that are not declared at the time of purchase.
•Due to the nature of these products I can not always guarantee 100% uniformity in color from order to order, separated batches may vary slightly.
•If your are unhappy with your order please inform me promptly so I can rectify any issue in a timely fashion. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued without return of the product.
